The planet carrier is a rigid and robust cage that provides rigidity and acceleration capacity.
It is monoblock with the rotating output flange, which guarantees superior rigidity. The use of a rotating flange instead of a male shaft significantly improves the ability to withstand radial and axial loads.
The cage is centered within the planetary gear ring by two tapered roller bearings (for sizes above 140) or cylindrical roller bearings (size 90/110) for maximum load capacity.
This construction reinforces the acceleration capacity and tolerance of the gearbox to rapid reversals.
The connection to the servomotor shaft is made using a balanced coupling, which minimizes stress on the bearings of your motor.
Installation is quick and easy thanks to a single-screw lock on the servomotor shaft.
The gearbox will be delivered with the adapter flange corresponding to your motor.
We recommend this line for applications with an application factor Ka < 1.8 (see the Information section for more details).
