Low lost motion, high reliability

 

Lively combines high precision with high torsional stiffness in a design optimized for dynamic duty cycles in applications with moderate or low radial loads.

 

  • Its forged monobloc planet carrier, directly integrated with the output shaft, provides outstanding structural rigidity and immediate response during acceleration. This architecture minimizes elastic deformation, even under demanding motion profiles.
  • The ring gear, integrated directly into the housing, further increases global stiffness and ensures excellent load stability.
  • As with the rest of the range, Lively uses case-hardened and tempered gears, guaranteeing long-term backlash stability and strong resistance to repeated dynamic torque cycles.

 

Dual support architecture

 

  • This configuration, with a bearing positioned on each side of the planet gears, ensures precise guidance of the output shaft and eliminates inclination under load.
  • This design significantly increases tilting stiffness, delivering one of the lowest lost-motion values available on the market.
  • The resulting stability protects both the internal gear set and the pinion mounted on the output shaft, ensuring accurate and durable power transmission.
  • In contrast, cantilevered architectures—where both bearings are juxtaposed on the gearbox output—compromise alignment under load and substantially reduce system lifetime.

Easy, safe and fast connection

 

  • The connection to the motor shaft is achieved through a perfectly balanced coupling, engineered to minimize loads on the motor bearings and ensure smooth, vibration-free operation.
  • Installation is quick and intuitive thanks to a single-bolt clamping system on the motor shaft, providing a secure and reliable fit.
  • The gearbox is supplied with a motor-specific adapter flange, ready for immediate installation.
