Lively is an economical, yet highly precise planetary gearbox, able to perform in dynamic conditions, provided the axial and radial loads are limited.

  • Lively's planet carrier is a cage that ensures rigidity and acceleration capability for your application. It is a forged, monobloc part integrated with the output shaft.
  • It is dual-supported in the planetary ring using two radial ball bearings.
  • The forged planetary ring is also monobloc (integrated into the housing) to enhance overall stiffness.

This design improves acceleration performance and tolerance to torque variations.

 

The motor shaft connection is a balanced coupling, minimizing the load on your motor bearings. Installation is quick and easy thanks to a one-screw lock on the motor shaft.

The gearbox will be delivered with the adapter flange matching your motor.
