Reinforced architecture for extreme duty cycles

 

  • Its forged cage-type monobloc planet carrier, integrated with the rotating output flange, provides exceptional torsional rigidity and outstanding load stability. This one-piece construction minimizes elastic deformation and maximizes planetary-train efficiency during sharp accelerations and rapid decelerations.
  • The forged monobloc ring gear, machined directly into the housing, further increases the structural stiffness of the assembly, ensuring perfect meshing of the planet gears without deforming, even under very severe load conditions.

 

Planet-carrier guidance designed for intensive acceleration

 

The carrier cage is precisely dual-supported inside the ring gear by an optimized set of tapered roller bearings, ensuring:

 

  • impeccable alignment of the output shaft in any condition
  • superior stability of the transmitted torque (high stiffness),
  • and high tolerance to violent accelerations or rapid direction reversals.

Roller bearings for maximum load capacity

 

Ultimate TR integrates high-capacity cylindrical or tapered roller bearings engineered to:

  • Withstand extremely high radial and axial loads,
  • Maintain precise shaft alignment during dynamic operation, to protect the inner gears
  • Improve positioning accuracy and lost motion in fast motion cycles,
  • Ensure robust behaviour under eccentric loads and high shock levels, and
  • Significantly extend service life in heavy-duty applications.

 

Easy, safe and fast motor connection

 

  • Connection to the motor shaft is achieved through a perfectly balanced coupling designed to minimize loads on the motor bearings and ensure smooth, vibration-free operation.
  • Installation is quick and intuitive thanks to a single-bolt clamping system on the motor shaft, guaranteeing a secure and reliable fit.
  • Each unit is supplied with a motor-specific adapter flange, ready for immediate integration.
