Teeth precision
Our racks can be delivered with detailled CCM reports showing:
- Flatness
- Straightness
- Individual and cumulative pitch error
- Perpendicularity of the faces with the teeth and the base
Material quality
Reckon® only selects stabilized materials from the best suppliers, in order to avoid any low in precision due to the release of residual stresses.
Heat treatment
We regularly perform cutting tests after induction treatment to verify the hardness of each batch of steel we get.
The published hardness values are conservative to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Chamfering
Well-chamfered racks protect your workers (the edges of the teeth are very sharp before chamfering).
Aesthetic
We are aware that the visual quality of your equipment also depends on ours.
Packaging
Our crates comply with all international legal requirements (including restrictions on wood packaging for international shipping).
All racks are individually wrapped and protected with anti-corrosion oil.
