Wiser-CI est un réducteur planétaire hélicoïdal économique mais rigide :
- Son porte-planète est une "cage" (pièce monobloc qui maintient les pignons des deux côtés), assurant rigidité et capacité d’accélération au réducteur.
- Le porte-satellites est également monobloc avec l’arbre de sortie.
- L'ensemble est centré dans la couronne planétaire intérieure au moyen de 2 roulements à billes radiaux, de part et d'autre de la denture. Cette construction améliore la capacité d’accélération car le basculement de l’arbre est limité, et le réducteur peut accepter des variations importantes de couple.
La connexion à l’arbre moteur se fait via un accouplement équilibré, minimisant les efforts sur les roulements moteur.
L’installation est rapide et facile grâce au serrage d'une seule vis sur l’arbre moteur.
Le réducteur sera livré avec la bride d’adaptation correspondant à votre moteur.
