Booster RA is a high-performance, helical planetary gearbox.

 

• The planet carrier is a cage, to provide stiffness and acceleration capacity. It is monobloc with the output shaft.

• The cage is centered inside the 1-piece inner planetary ring by means of 2 angular-contact ball-bearings. This construction improves acceleration capacity and acceptance of high torque variations.

• The planetary ring is monobloc with the housing and the output flange, to provide maximum rigidity to fast-reversals applications. 

• We recommend this line for applications using application factor Ka<1.85 (refer to the information section for more details about application factors). For even greater application factors we recommend using a rotating output flange, as in the Ultimate line.

• The right-angle transmission is handled by carburized and quenched, spiral-bevel gears made of premium Japanese steel, to offer long-lasting precision and acceptance of high fluctuations of torque or fast reversals.​

• The motor shaft connection is a balanced coupling, so the efforts on your motor bearings are minimal.

• Installation is fast and easy thanks to a 1-screw lock to your motor shaft.

• The input flange features weight reduction.

• The gearbox will be delivered with the adapting flange corresponding to your motor.

	LONG-LASTING PRECISION High-precision planet gears in carburized and quenched steel allow high torque density and strong accelerations, year after year, without loss of precision.
	HIGH PERFORMANCE DESIGN The planet carrier is a cage, to provide high torsional stiffness. It is strongly supported by 2 preloaded angular-contact ball-bearings (small sizes) or taperred rollers bearings, to ensure the perfect alignment of the gears, even at maximum torque, as well as high acceptance of radial and axial forces.
	HIGH TORSIONAL STIFFNESS The planetary ring is monobloc with the external housing and the output flange, to provide high rigidity to your fast-reversals applications.
	HIGH PERFORMANCE RIGHT-ANGLE STAGE All Reckon righ-angle gearboxes use high-precision, carburized and quenched, spiral-bevel gears in premium steel.  Spiral-bevel gears are known for their quiet operation, carburizing and provides hardness, so your gearbox does not lose precision with time, even in tough operating conditions.
